Our primary purpose in organizing the Council back in 1979 was to restore the
Common Law, and to assist those who were having problems with or being abused by
the IRS and other
agencies of government. The Council's Restore America Program (RAP), provides the foundational and educational materials and the support
organizational structure to assist our Members in regaining their Sovereignty,
restoring their independence, and protecting themselves, their families, their
property and their lives from IRS and other
governmental abuses of their rights and liberties. We've came a long ways in the past
21 years and have learned much concerning
the challenges facing those who want to "come out of Babylon."
The Western Tax Council is considered (at least in some circles), to be the
most influential Constitutional Restoration Organization in the world, and we
assume that it is due to our adherence to and use of strict Constitutional and
Common Law strategies and concepts in dealing with Governmental abuses and
excesses, and the programs that we have in place to
assist our members in protecting themselves and regaining their liberties.
One of the saddest epitaphs to a lost freedom is to realize too late that we
voluntarily waived it by attempting to comply with rules, codes, statutes and
ordinances that we were not subject to. The Internal Revenue Code is a prime
example of a code that the government has used to allow naive Americans to
finance their own destruction with tax dollars they didn’t owe.
It has become very obvious, at least to those who have
studied the issue in any depth, that very few people owe or are subject to an
income tax; and it is a foregone conclusion, at least by most honest Americans,
that the Income Tax is the fuel for the engine of unlawful segments of our government which use the
funds to finance socialism and misrule in the states and around the world. Their
is a growing consensus among Americans that most people are neither "required to
file," nor "liable" for any "income" tax under the IRS
Code.
Even
the IRS's own professionals (Special Agents and Revenue Officers) are
resigning in disgust over the fraudulent and often criminal activities
engaged in by the IRS against Americans on a daily basis. — that is unless you have performance or adhesion contracts wherein you
agreed to be bound by their rules and regulations (government employees are a
prime example of persons who have those kind of contracts and agreements).
Many Americans who are honestly engaged in a search for Sovereignty, realize
that they are not "required to file," nor "liable" for the
tax, and want to challenge it, but because of lack of knowledge, fear, or lack
of a support organization to assist them, they don't know where to start. This
is where we can help! We do, however, advise all who receive our material to
honor and support all lawful and Constitutional laws, honor all their
contractual agreements, and diligently avoid encroaching on the rights of
others.

The
Western Tax Council’s Restore America Program provides the means to regain
your Freeman/Sovereignty and/or state Citizenship status and has four
“options” available! Some
hesitate to take that first step on their personal road to freedom because of a
lack of knowledge, fear, or lack of a support organization to assist them. The
Restore America Program can provide you with the tools and support necessary to
regain your heritage of liberty, and Sovereignty, or if you prefer, to assist
you only in the area of IRS Lien removal and credit purging.
The
Restore America Program can provide you with whatever level of assistance and
support that you feel is needed to help you effectively regain your freedom. In
addition, it provide a Member Action Letter which outlines the things you need
to do and not do in order to establish and/or regain your Freeman/Sovereignty
status.
The
Council's Restore America Program, by providing suggested and prepared
documentation for regaining your status, includes; educational materials, and
suggested responses on CD’s or through personal assistance, and
can help you gain the knowledge, confidence, and competence necessary to
protect yourself from IRS abuse and other violations of your Natural and Common
Law rights—but more importantly,
they are based on the concept that the best defense is a good “OFFENSE,”
which is what we try to provide for our members.
The
“Restore America Program”, with the “Options” outlined below, and
defense foundation program, are considered by many to be the best available in
the Nation.
The
information presented here and in our brochure outlines the Council’s purpose,
goals, programs, and the three levels of participation. It outlines for you how
we can assist you in your struggle against the powers of darkness.
OPTION
# THREE (3) [Prepared Suggested Responses and Assistance]
This
program provides personal assistance, telephone consultation, and “prepared
suggested responses”. If you join this
Option, you will need to send in with your application, any IRS or state agency
documents that need responding to, along with your annual donation.
NOTE:
If you haven’t recently perfected your status and character as a
Freeman/Sovereign through “Quiet Title” publication, you should consider
doing so with the documentation we are providing.
The cost of the “Option Three
(3)” Program is $500 annual donation.

attempts to keep members updated on current events, happenings and news of
the various organizations activities, meetings and involvement in their
