Western Tax Council's National Director

Cliff Turner – Director of the Western Tax Council, began his current career by realizing that the world was about to be plunged into darkness by blind obedience of individuals, such as I.R.S. agents, who have never read the U.S. Constitution. Cliff formed the Citizen’s Tax Council [now Western Tax Council] in Soda Springs, Idaho, in January 1979, and has developed and maintained a membership throughout the Nation since that time.  The council has a powerful organizational base with which to combat the powers of darkness.

As founder of the Council, Mr. Turner teaches the principles of the Common Law to Restore America to the Constitution. The formula is simple: a 100% personal income tax cut, plus a sound money system, and justice in our judicial systems equals Prosperity. It works!

Mr. Turner is a nationally recognized lecturer and author and has assisted many Americans in overcoming their fear of the I.R.S. and has taught them how to protect themselves against I.R.S. abuses. He has been fighting the abuses and illegal activities of the I.R.S. and other agencies since 1976 and has lectured to thousands across the Nation. He chose jail rather than submit to the illegal and despotic demands of the Idaho State Tax Commission and an oath-breaking judge and sheriff, who claim immunity from prosecution for their criminal and corrupt acts. He was under criminal investigation by the I.R.S. and their hirelings for nearly 5 years in their attempts to find something to "shut him up," and stop him from exposing their fraud and deception of the American people. After Mr. Turner filed volumes of criminal charges against them, they dropped the investigation. He was also under investigation by a Federal Grand Jury that also dropped their investigation and declined to indict him. He has filed Citizen’s Arrest Warrants against I.R.S. agents who committed Grand Theft in Idaho, but these agents have never been brought to trial by the authorities charged with that responsibility.

Mr. Turner is also the Founder and Director of the exciting and fast-growing Restoration Foundation of America (RFA), which is proving to be a tremendously exciting and moving force in the restoration of freedom in America. [Click Here For More Information On RFA]

The Tax Council, together with the Restoration Foundation with Mr. Turner at the helm are considered at least in some circles to be two of the most influential Constitutional Restoration Organizations in the world. We hope that you will join with us in this great struggle for truth and justice.
