Charter of the Western Tax Council

To reassert re-establish the principle of the sovereignty of the individual under our Republican form of government and to reassert our position as Masters over a servant government and its officials who must always be reminded that they work for us as public servants. It is the responsibility of We The People to make sure that our public servants are bound down by the chains of the Constitution, and to remind them that their power and authority is limited and confined by that Charter.

We pledge to pay honestly and voluntarily all lawful taxes levied in accordance with the United States Constitution and Common Law principals established therein.

To promote a monetary and economic system of laws based on the Mayflower Compact, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and Common Law concepts.

To restore our American heritage of individual responsibility, and to promote a return to a Constitutional Republic, established and ordained by the Good God of Heaven through our forefathers. In a Republic the individual is sovereign and protection of his/her rights are paramount in order to maintaining of justice and secure peace among the people and the nations of the world. It is important to remember that in a Constitutional Republic  majorities do not rule – Majorities only elect and the police power remains inherent in the individual and not the government. To the degree that we have forgotten this is the degree that we have become slaves and subject to the whim and will of the masses and their passion expressed in the voting booth.

To restore God’s laws of unity and abundance to our strife-torn land.

And to defend "to the death" those principles, rights, and liberties set forth in the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the United States of America. And that we do hereby mutually pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor and all financial and material resources of the  "Western Tax Council" to that end, with God as our witness….

Goals of W.T.C.

It is abundantly clear that the American Free Enterprise system is capable of providing all legitimate government services without depriving us of any of our Constitutional rights, if the government were reduced by 50% (fifty percent). We thereby resolve to fight for a reduction in government to that degree.

Be it thereby resolved the Tax Council, shall use all legal and Constitutional means at their disposal to accomplish the following:

  1. Repeal of the 16th (Income Tax) Amendment.

  2. Compel the Judiciary to recognize an individuals or group of individuals, right of council of his, her or their choice as guaranteed by the United States Constitution, without it being necessary for said council to be a member of any closed Bar Association.

  3. Repeal all Gun Control Laws, which do not conform with the Second (2nd) Amendment of the United States Constitution.

  4. Bring legal action to prohibit the Federal Government from forcing employers to act as collection agents for the Internal Revenue Service and to stop all withholding except with the employer’s and employee’s voluntary consent.

  5. To work for repeal of all Administrative Procedures acts which in any way violate the United States Constitution.

  6. To Promote with all haste the repeal of the Federal Reserve Act which authorized the United States Congress to relinquish control of the United States Currency.

  7. To prosecute any and all public officials who introduce, sponsor, or in any way cause to be passed legislation which violates any individual right guaranteed by the United States Constitution or Bill of Rights.

  8. To bring legal action to remove from office any public servant or servants, both State and Federal, who enforce or attempt to enforce any act, statute, or so-called law which violates the United States Constitution, as amended.

WE SHOULD REMEMBER THAT:

We the People established and ordained the Constitution; it is our law – We interpret it – not the Supreme Court. We do not need a judge to tell us when our rights are being violated.
